网速一半，公寓设施条件不错很新。周围没有超市，要走到市中心，大概10分钟。退押金的时候会检查，台湾女前台同胞很严苛，语气带嘲讽，说话很机车。押金退的很慢，退房到现在两个月押金还没退回来。

No Place No Pay

NPNP(只适用于本科一年级学生): 在租赁开始之前，如果学生因为签证或大学录取被拒绝而不能在预定的城市学习，可以选择在Uninn同城市其他公寓换房或者推迟入住。在以下结果公布之日起7天内将相关证明提供给公寓，公寓同意后可取消预定，reservation fee不退还。被选大学/学院或UCAS的书面拒绝信或UCAS状态的截图，证明没有达到要求的结果或者因超出成绩预期而选新学校的录取证明复印件。

Full Cancellation Policy

UNINN Cancellation Policy General - No Place No Pay(1st year students only): Before the tenancy starts, if the student is no longer able to study in the city booked due to rejected visa or university offer, we’re happy to discuss other available options, including arranging a room in another city where we have accommodation buildings or defer the whole tenancy. He/she may also be eligible to be released from the agreement. In this case, the student can get the rent that has been paid already but the reservation fee is non-refundable. Documents below must be provided within 7 days from the date the results are published. • a written rejection letter from the Home Office or • a written rejection letter from the chosen university/college or UCAS or a screen shot of the UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved. Coronavirus cancellation policy - Visa application delay: If the student cannot obtain the visa on time due to the closure of visa centres, the student can contact UNINN within 7 days for potential deferring the tenancy. We can also discuss other options available to you. Course start date delay: If there’s a delay of course, students can submit the updated course start dates to UNINN within 7 days and we’ll consider deferring the tenancy to match the course or discuss other options available to you. Travel ban: If there’s a travel ban for the UK in the country or region where the student is, the student can contact UNINN before the tenancy start date. We’ll consider deferring the tenancy till the travel ban is lifted, or discuss other options available to you. Early move-out: If the student would like to check out before the tenancy ends, he/or she will still be responsible for the total rent, unless a suitable replacement tenant is found. We’ll try our best to help but it remains the responsibility of the student to find a replacement tenant. A £50 administration fee may also be applicable.

FAQ

Can I have guests to stay?

Due to COVID-19 we are not allowing guest at all. In normal circumstances, wewould allow guests to stay overnight for up to two consecutive nights but they will need to sign in with the management team at reception and cannot have their own key/fob. Any guests must be with you at all times and cannot be left alone in your room – this is due to only you as the resident being fully aware of our health and safety processes and policies. We will notifying our residents of any changes.

What do I need to bring?

All our apartments come complete with high-quality furnishings that provide ample storage and comfort. You can contact our booking consultant for a full inventory list before you move in. You will need to bring your own beddings and kitchen utensils as these are not provided. You can also purchase the kits from our partner Unikit Out (https://www.unikitout.com/?partner=Uninn) with our exclusive discount code.

Can I store my luggage in the room during summer holiday?

If you have renewed with us for the new academic year, we can store your luggage for your free of charge during the summer holiday. Contact our booking consultant for more details.
