Full Cancellation Policy

Deferral: For bookings made up until 31 March 2022, the property will defer your booking to a future semester on the same terms of the original booking including room type and the weekly rent. To be eligible, you will need to provide a copy of your deferral of enrolment from your academic institution within 48 hours of receiving such notification. Cancellation: For bookings made up until 28 February 2022, property will provide full cancellation refunds (excluding credit card surcharges and bank transfer fees) in the event your booking needs to be cancelled due to travel or study restrictions or ill health associated with Covid-19. You will need to providewith property at least one of the below upon requesting a cancellation: -Evidence that your travel is impacted by travel restrictions imposed on your country of departure by the Australian Government. -A copy of your cancellation of enrolment from your academic institution within 48 hours of receiving such notification. -A copy of your medical certificate of ill health associated with COVID-19 within 48 hours of receiving such notification.
